JVC Professional products are covered by standard European warranty. Most of our products have a 2-year warranty from the date of purchase. If you have a faulty product please contact with your local dealer or distributor (BLK LTD). If the product is in the warranty period and there is no evidence for bad use, they will exchange it with a new one or they will repair it free of charge.
