What if i have a faulty product in the warranty period?
If you have a faulty product in the warranty period you have to contact with your local dealer or the official distributor of our products in your Country. If there is no evidence for bad use they will exchange it with a new product or they will repair it free of charge.
Where can i repair my JVC product?
You should contact with one of the official resellers or with the official distributor of JVC products in Greece (BLK LTD). They will be happy to help you and solve your problem..
